Zoie’s Place is a transitional living home for young women, ages 18 to 24, who have aged out of foster care. We fulfill the basic needs of these young women and help prepare them for independent living by teaching them skills that will enable self-sufficiency. By equipping and empowering these young women, we are propelling them on to a successful future.
While at Zoie’s Place, our residents experience many “firsts.” We desire to expose them to new learning opportunities and support them as they journey through life’s important milestones. We believe it is important to spur them on toward emotional, spiritual and developmental growth. We love celebrating life’s “firsts” with them!
Zoie’s Place believes in individualization. Each resident meets with staff to identify long and short-term goals that are used to develop an action plan to self-sufficiency. Part of this process is identifying the unique gifts and talents each of our girls have. We love to inspire their creativity and help encourage them to utilize their gifts.
BELIEVING IN YOU
Zoie’s Place provides residential care for young adults who have become homeless as a result of aging out of the foster care system. Often times, with no where else to turn, Zoie’s Place comes alongside of them to provide support and teaches them life skills to equip and empower them to self-sufficiency. We believe they can achieve great success in life and we are their champion and cheerleader as they walk out God’s purpose for their life.
